Meet Dustin Cordier, CEPA®
Founder and Head Coach, StepZero Coaching
In business aviation, being trustworthy, likable and credible isn’t just a bonus—it’s essential. And no one embodies the “TLC” approach better than Dustin Cordier. Welcome to Dustin 3.0. A top-tier aviation executive and high-performing sales leader paying it forward. He’s helping others achieve the success he’s mastered.
Dustin's Story
As founder of StepZero Coaching, Dustin’s mission is simple: help aviation business owners build companies that don’t just run well—they thrive. An EOS Implementer® and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he’s all about turning success into significance.
Dustin’s journey began at the Air Force Academy and continued as a pilot for the USAF. And after 10 years of service, he applied that discipline and leadership to business aviation.
At FlightSafety, Cessna, and Embraer, he built relationships, closed high-stakes deals, and earned a reputation as a trusted industry leader—not to mention consistently ranking in the top 1% of sales performers.
Next, he took on a new challenge: President & Managing Partner at a growing brokerage. Five years later, the company had expanded fivefold. It wasn’t easy, and he gained a few battle scars along the way.
Taking a year to reflect, Dustin hiked the Appalachian Trail and came back recharged. Then, he stepped in as Head of Sales at another firm facing its own transformation. Using the EOS system, he helped turn a young, inexperienced team into a high-performing powerhouse.
In 2020, he founded StepZero Coaching to work alongside aviation entrepreneurs, business leaders, and aspiring sales professionals. His goal? Turn frustration into freedom, growth, and prosperity.
And he’s not just focused on today. For nearly a decade, Dustin has served on NBAA’s Business Aviation Management Committee and mentored with the International Aviation Women’s Association.
Based in the Atlanta metro area, Dustin Cordier is happily married to his wife, Kristen, of 27 years, and together they have four children and four dogs.
